Our customer service policy
It is our aim to provide you with a fast and efficient service and should you have a complaint or problem with your order we will endeavour to deal with it promptly. If there are problems with your orders, or we can not fulfil them, we will contact you without delay. Orders are normally shipped either by International Mail or DHL Express. We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases and find us efficient and perhaps buy from us again. You can contact us by any of the methods on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

We must bring to your attention that these Terms & Conditions apply to the entire contents of this website, including the webshop, and under any of the domain names giving access to it, including but not limited to www.viva-iberica.com and www.yeguada-iberica.com. Your use and access to any area of this website indicates that you accept the terms and conditions stated on this website in full and if you make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected). We advise you print a copy for your records. We reserve the right to amend this legal notice at any time and we reserve the right to restrict access to this site.
Your personal webshop account
Any information and details you give us must be true, complete and correct, and you need to update us as soon as possible if any of them change. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delays in processing your order, for which we can not accept responsibility. You are also responsible for ensuring account details and passwords are kept confidential and for all activity occurring within your account. Please ensure you enter the country you want your purchases delivered to in the box marked ‘Delivery Method’ in your shopping cart so our system can calculate correct delivery costs.
Prices and payment
The prices listed in our webshop include IVA (Spanish VAT) at the current rate applicable. If there are any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country, these are your responsibility.
We will make every effort to maintain the prices shown on the website but have the right to make alterations to the prices when necessary. Should a price change have to be made we will inform you immediately and before dispatch to check to see if you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if they have been withdrawn or subject to unacceptable delays by the manufacturer, mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, subject to an unforeseen price increase from the manufacturer, or other such changes or errors. Products offered are also subject to availability. We will immediately refund you the total amount you may have paid (including any delivery charges) for any orders we may have to cancel.
Payment is acceptable through a secure server (PayPal) by debit or credit card or Euro-cheque. Please do not e-mail your card details, we are not responsible for security if you supply your details in this way.
Photographs, illustrations and pictures shown on the webshop are used for illustration only and may differ from the actual product supplied, although we endeavour at all times to be as accurate as possible.
We endeavour to despatch within 7 days but if we are out of stock of your chosen item, or there is a delay in manufacture, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date. If we are unable to despatch within 21 days we will inform you and offer you an alternative of accepting late delivery or a refund of your payment in full.
Credit card, Username and Password security
No credit card details are seen or held by us and all payments are collected through PayPal and any fraud protection is provided by them.
You must keep any user names or passwords confidential. You are responsible for all use of any passwords or user names while using this website, whether or not the use was actually yours. If you believe that any of this information has been made known to someone else, or is being misused while using this website then please contact us.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable legislation.
We collect personal information from visitors to this website when you e-mail your details to purchase from our webshop, i.e. name, postal address and e-mail address. The information collected via this website is for the purposes of providing our services; answering your queries, dealing with your order(s) and account(s), and providing you with information about products and services. We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal identity information, except where/if required to do so by law. We reserve the right to disclose information in aggregate (no individuals are identified when doing this) for marketing or other purposes.
You have a right to know what personal data we may hold about you. To obtain a copy of the personal information held about you, please write to us. Our contact details are on the ‘Contact Us’ page on this website.
If you decide to return an item to us for exchange or refund, we offer you a 7 day money back (except postage/delivery) or exchange guarantee on the goods, provided the goods are returned at your expense, unsoiled, unused, undamaged and in their original packing, which includes any sealed packaging they may have been delivered in, and with any invoice or packing notes. Also please return with a note showing details of your return, reasons why and your refund request. The cost of the return is met by the sender and non-refundable.
Goods returned after 7 working days or with damaged packaging will be accepted only at our discretion and will incur a minimum 20% restocking charge.
Please be aware that items being returned remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us, therefore we recommend that returned items are sent insured and registered, using a guaranteed or recorded delivery service. We can not make any refunds on goods we do not receive.
Items specially ordered, i.e. made-to-measure or personalised, may not be returnable, so please check with us before returning.
Our guarantee to you is that we will promptly make any refunds or exchanges, where requested, so long as the goods are returned to us within 7 days of your receipt and in good condition and otherwise as detailed above.
Faulty Goods Returns/Refund Policy
Items you feel are faulty may be returned to us using the same procedures as in ‘Returns Policy’ above, after you have informed us (see ‘Contact Us’ page on this website) and we have replied to you and provided a ‘returns’ identification number. Note that if you use or continue to use the item after you have discovered damage or a fault it will be deemed you have accepted the goods in their damaged/faulty condition.
After we have received and inspected the goods we will promptly refund the purchase cost and postage to you, should we find them to be defective. Alternatively, if you preferred, we could replace the goods and pay your return delivery costs, plus the delivery costs of the replacement item, on your behalf.
If we are unsure as to whether the goods are defective we will request the opinion of the manufacturer and accept their findings and if the goods are found to be in working order, or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect, then you would be liable for any costs we have incurred including the cost of returning the goods to you.
Goods Damaged in Transit or Incorrectly sent goods
When taking receipt of your parcel check you are receiving the correct number of parcels and you must make a note on the carrier’s consignment note (and your copy) if there appears to be any missing and/or damage to the parcels. Open your parcel/s immediately to carefully check the contents, as you must inform us (see ‘Contact Us’ on this website) within 3 working days of any damaged in transit or incorrectly sent goods.
Damaged or incorrectly sent goods must be returned to us as detailed in Returns Policy detailed above. We will either replace the goods at our cost, including refunding you for the returned parcel, or promptly refund you in accordance with our Faulty Goods Returns/Refund Policy.
