Vaquera spurs with a short straight shank made in stainless steel with black finish. With rowel (ruleta). The size of the rowel does not necessarily determine the severity of the spur, which is determined more by the distance between the points of the rowels - the closer together the points are the milder the spur. Ultimately, like using bits or serretas all these riding accessories are in the hands (or feet) of the rider, used softly and intelligently they become a subtle aid.
